Help Harry!

Harry is a very courageous 13yo boy who has endured many visits to both the RCH Melbourne and Geelong Hospitals. He was born with cerebral palsy, a severe developmental delay, microcephaly and visual and hearing problems. Harry’s also fed by a special tube in his tummy – up to 5 times a day .

Harry lives with his loving Mum and Dad, and his gorgeous big Sis Mariah in Torquay. Due to their own health issues, Harry’s parents are not able to work, but they do their absolute best to ensure the children are well cared for . Harry’s Nanna plays a big part in Harry’s life too – and he loves her dearly – but she also has some significant health issues.

It’s time for the family to purchase a specially adapted van that can offer wheel-in, wheel-out access for Harry and his wheelchair. A special van would make sure that Harry can keep on enjoying family activities and attend his appointments, but they don’t come cheap. This one’s going to cost approx. $55,000.
